Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of storeal (the “Service”), operated by Red Lion Labs (“storeal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
storeal is an AI-assisted video production tool. You provide prompts and settings, and the Service generates scripts, scene plans, images, voiceover, video, captions, and thumbnails, and can publish finished videos to connected platforms. You review and approve each stage. Features, models, and limits may change over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Credits, plans & payments
The Service runs on credits. Generating content consumes credits at rates that vary by the models you choose. Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). The Early Bird plan is a one-time purchase that includes a starting credit bundle and lifetime access to the Pro plan as it exists today; we may introduce a subscription model for new customers in the future.
Credits and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Prices, credit costs, and plan features may change; changes do not affect a one-time purchase you have already made. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases.
4. Your content & ownership
“Your Content” means the prompts, scripts, settings, uploads, and other inputs you provide, and the videos and assets the Service generates for you from them. As between you and storeal, you own Your Content, and you are solely responsible for it. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content as needed to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to you.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to your inputs and that Your Content, and your use of it, does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law. AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction and may resemble other outputs; you are responsible for clearing and reviewing anything you publish.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, distribute, or publish content that:
- is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates someone’s rights;
- impersonates a real person or generates a likeness or voice without consent;
- is deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent;
- is sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual or deceptive sexual content;
- violates the rules of any platform you publish to (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram); or
- attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You are responsible for complying with applicable AI-disclosure and platform labeling requirements for synthetic media.
6. Third-party models & services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, and others), hosting and storage providers, our payment processor, and the publishing platforms you connect. Your inputs may be sent to these providers to generate output, and your use may also be subject to their terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Publishing integrations
If you connect a YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram account, you authorize storeal to upload and manage content on your behalf within the scope you grant. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform’s terms. You can disconnect a platform at any time.
8. Watermark
Free or Starter-tier outputs may include a “made with storeal” watermark. Paid plans remove it. You may not remove, obscure, or alter the watermark on outputs where it is applied.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by storeal and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our marks or technology except the limited right to use the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, original, lawful, or fit for your intended use, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, storeal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold storeal harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and storeal agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute, except where prohibited by applicable law.
