Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how storeal, operated by Red Lion Labs (“storeal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details through our identity provider (Supabase). If you sign in with a third party (e.g. Google), we receive basic profile information from them.
  • Content you create. Prompts, scripts, settings, uploads, and the videos and assets generated for you, which we store so you can access and manage your projects.
  • Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction details and a customer identifier; we do not store your full card number.
  • Publishing connections. If you connect YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram, we store the access tokens needed to publish on your behalf, encrypted where supported.
  • Usage data. Logs, device and browser information, and events about how you use the Service, used for operation, security, and analytics.
  • Cookies & local storage.Used to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See “Cookies” below.

2. How we use information

  • to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • to generate the content you request and store your projects;
  • to process payments and manage your credits and plan;
  • to publish content to the platforms you connect, at your direction;
  • to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; and
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. AI model providers

To generate output, your prompts and related content are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, and others) that process them to return results. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms. We send only what is needed to perform the generation you request.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Service, including hosting and storage, our identity provider (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), AI model providers, and analytics;
  • Publishing platforms you connect, when you choose to publish;
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service; and
  • A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete projects, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@storeal.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, and we may use them to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection as required by applicable law.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
